Slow Cooker chicken ingredients:
4-6 Chicken Thighs
1 Tablespoon Adobo seasoning
BBQ Pulled Chicken ingredients:
4 brioche hamburger buns
4 cups shredded meat from slow cooker chicken
1 cup BBQ sauce
8 pickle chips

Cook the chicken in the slow cooker for 4 hours on high. When the chicken is done, remove the skin and thigh bone, as well as any cartilage.
Shred the meat with your fingers or two forks. Once all the meat is shredded, mix it with the bbq sauce.
Place a generous portion of the meat on each bun and top with two pickle slices.
